Maximum Listing Price $579,000, Selling Price $597,500 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3,165 sq ft and 393 days on the market.
Average Listing Price $320, 270, Selling Price $320,336 with 3 bedrooms, 2.40 baths, 1,369 sq ft unit and 58 days on market.
14 sales were in the price range of 200K to 300K, 8 in the 300K to 400K, and 3 on the 500K to 600K.range. From all the sales, 3 were condos and townhomes on short sale, two of them had a notice of default and the rest were standard sales.
MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATES
