RESEDA HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR JUNE 2016

 

32 homes were sold in June. The Minimum Listing Price  was $369,000, Selling Price $325,000, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 828 square feet house, 5,881 sq ft lot, and 1 day on the market

Maximum Listing Price $659,500, Selling Price $660,000 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2,679 sq ft home, 10,833 sq ft lot, and 252 days on market.

Average Listing Price $477,840, Selling Price $478,981, with 3 bedrooms, 2.baths, 1,457 sq ft home, 6,986 sq ft lot and 51 days on market.

7 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 15 in the 400K to 500K, and on the 500K to 600K.

From all the sales, 4 were short sales and the rest standard sales.

 

MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATES

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.5% and the Fha is at 3.375%. Minimum down payment for conventional is 5% while for FHA is 3.5%. The loan for veterans aka VA requires no down payment and has no private mortgage insurance.

SALES PRICE COMPARISON JUNE VS MAY

The number of sales decreased 1.1% in June compare to the previous month, while the minimum sales price increased 3.5%. The maximum sales price increased 1%, and the average decreased.04%.
