Scams and other bad people
Do we have to be careful with what we post? Absolutely. Speaking our mind about things can and will get bad people to try to shut us up. That is a violation of The First Amendment. Problem is most of the time it's hard to prove it.
I like to have a civil discussion about different topics but some folks can only see things one way. Some will send you a virus to your computer if you open a link that they send. If you don't know who is sending you something with a link, be very careful. I don't open them, in fact I don't even respond to them.
Example; last year I received an email requesting information on my email account. They said that it would be shutdown because it's reaching its limits. So I needed to "upgrade". At that time I had about 50,000 unread emails, I didn't do anything and today I have about 78,000 unread email. So I think that was just a scam to get information from me.
Now if your into posting about this election coming in November, please be VERY careful with opening email attachments from folks you don't know.
I would hope you express your thoughts and not be silent.
Thanks for reading.
