Key points about the house that you were drawn to when you first looked at the home:

 

The best room in the house is by far the sun room. It is the go-to place for morning coffee, reading a good book, hosting friends, and listening to a rain storm. I was also drawn to the fireplace in the cozy downstairs living room. The house is great for entertaining!
