For July, this appears to be a slower market than many sellers would hope, dare I say, even a Buyer's Market? The Copper Canyon homes near Cole Canyon Elementary are a coveted neighborhood in our area, a diamond among the many lovely gems that are here. So it is surprising in the moving season to see 25 active listings as compared to only 9 pending and 7 sold in the last 30 days. In a seller's market, there would be a lot fewer active listings in comparison to the sold Copper Canyon homes.
Cole Canyon is, anectdotally, the best elementary school in Murrieta. Their Odysseyof the Mind team has made it to the World Championship two years in a row. Their test scores are tops every year in recent memory. They have a system in place to teach. And the homes surrounding Cole Canyon are a lovely mix of architecture with a consistent quality, well-maintained by their owners.
