We are a little crazy with our scheduling right now trying to do home after home.  This week we've been scraping the bottom of our inventory bucket and trying to 'make it work' as Tim Gunn would say.  Here is the home we finished today.  The only thing I bought was a sofa ..... The shelves are looking really really empty and Bevin has been scrambling for chairs, tables, etc for the house she has on Friday.  I'm fortunate that my Friday staging job is getting pulled directly from another home!

Anyway.... here it is... The last of our inventory.

The listing hits MLS on Friday, after the professional photographers come.  This agent always puts things in the right order.  You've got to love that!

Here are some stills in case you don't want to watch the show....

If that is the dregs of your inventory, I have a lot of catching up to do! It's beautiful!

I agree with Morgan!  If this is the bottom of the inventory, you must have some great inventory! Looks great!

Gorgeous as usual (even if it is the bottom of the bucket.) I have that same sofa and it's a bear to get the wrinkles out but it's so adaptable to all kinds of styles and accents.

As usual, everything looks great, wouldn't know you were scraping the bottom.  I'm sure alot of people would be happy to take any leftovers you had!

Thanks for all the really nice comments - of course your clients should NEVER know that you are piecing it all together.  Your job (my job) is to make it all seamless and appear that we planned it that way from the ton of inventory we had in stock!

BTW - I got a call from the agent today who showed the property for the first time (and her first time seeing it) - they may already have a contract coming!!! woo hoo!

Lovely staging.  Actually I am remembering a weekend when we didn't realize that our storage was closed and we didn't make a prearrangement to get the weekend code...we had to use what we had in the truck and purge a bit from our house, but mostly went in and staged the old fashioned way with their belongings.  It was really very rewarding and reminded us that we started years ago staging that way much of the time.  We got creative and didn't stage like we had planned but the creativity of what we had made a terrific staging job.  It was a bit edgy, but fun and challenging.

Some really nice work here Melissa, especially considering you were at the end of your inventory. Nice style and feel too, it is quite different from what we see here but it is great getting inspiration from other stager's work.

Melissa,

If that's the bottom of your barrel a lot of Stager's would trade you for what's on the top of their heap!

LOL,

Really lovely.

Do you have some tips on how to hang two pictures at the same height?  I know there's a trick to it, I just can't remember it!
