To make sure a transaction runs smoothly, it is very important to have a team.  - A group of people you can trust will have your clients' best interests in mind.  You need to feel confident that when you recommend someone to your clients, they will be taken care of professionally and won't fall through the cracks.

A well-rounded team would include a lender, an inspector, a title company, a staging company, a lawyer, a credit repair company, and a financial advisor.  It wouldn't hurt to have a couple of names in each category.
