Once you see these in your garden it won't be long before you will be looking for friends and relatives to give your zucchini and summer squash away to.
Can you tell which plant is which from these two blooms? They both have large yellow blooms and large leaves. The one on the left is a Summer Squash and the one on the right is a Zucchini.
I planted Crook necked squash and acorn squash. The blooms look similar. My Zucchini died during the hot weather.

Last year I had so many squash that they were coming out of my ears. I planted in a different area this year, and they aren't doing well. However, I'm picking about 4 pounds of tomatoes per day right now. I have all kinds - Cherry tomatoes, multiple colors of Heirlooms, and Early Girls. My neighbors love me!
