Ari, I think your video is a wonderful idea.  But I think it needs to be a little more substantive. Even if you don't "explain" how you keep the process from being scary at minimum you need a link to a blog with an explanation.  

You did an amazing job on creating that video blog.  I don't like to be scared, but you created the scare, slowly, surely, all the way to the end. Great job!
