Ruthmarie - Best wishes, I know a couple agents with Prudential Rand and they  love the company.  I hope the transistion won't be to overwhelming.

Ruthmarie - Did you know this was coming or was this a surprise?  Things will undoubtedly change, some for the good, some probably not so good, but I certainly hope whatever happens, it will have a positive impact on your business. 

Prudential has a good name. You'll make out fine, Ruthmarie. Now to change all the stationary, the blogs, the business cards. Yuk!

I was just as surprised to hear of this change as Ruth Marie was.    Almost all of the fellow N-V agents were surprised about this.    Two years ago Nelson-Vrooman Real Estate became affiliated with GMAC, but after a few months GMAC started to lose interest in us and it soon became apparent that is wasn't to our benefit.    The broker-owners Bill Vrooman and Mike Graessle were to looking to break it ties with GMAC and affliate itself with another major realty group.    Almost noone seen this coming.   As for me, I will take a waite-and-see approach to Prudential Rand for the next 30 to 60 days and then come a conclusion and decision.    I'm sure the same holds true for Ruth Marie.
