GMAC Mortgage

Wow...My husband and I had an interesting/exciting day!  We were invited to a meeting by our friend at GMAC Mortgage in Scottsdale.  GMAC offered to us a HBM - Home Buyers Marketing program ...this is a partnership along with a business plan.  We are excited about this tool that will enhance our business, web-site, and traffic flow.  In the next few days, we will be adding this tool to our web-site Let Our Family Help Yours, please stop by and view how indepth we can make your property search when buying a new home.

Good luck. Our UW with GMAC has been spotty at best. All the lenders are talking a great game and then showing the true colors on submissions.

If the HBM Program helps you sell, use what you can.  I agree with Chip on the underwriting, though.

Mike...We shall see if the HBM Program will help us, we feel it will offer alot.  Although hearing about the underwriting, that's another story.  Thanks for letting us know what to look for at best with UW and we'll keep our eye out.
