This week in Granada Hills we saw 5 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from
$540,000 - $801,645; for an average of $674,223. Homes were built between
1954 and 1968. They range in size from 1325sf - 2680sf. Lastly, the homes were
on the market between 13 and 59 days, with an average selling time of 27 days.
