Creating the right real estate investment strategy

The investors you buy rental homes in Oklahoma City are diverse. They come in all ages, incomes, and of course they express different desires about what they want to achieve. The first main task I have when I meet new investors is to determine a strategy that is not only realistic, but has the best chance of succeeding with a minimum of risk. Of course anytime you put money into an investment there is risk, but real estate has historically been on the low side done properly and conservatively. If I talk to some who is 30 and they are going to work another 35 years, what we plan together is going to be different from a 55 year old who has never purchased a rental home but wants to have retirement income in their upper 60s. It is also different for someone with $500,000 in cash put back versus $60,000. In each case the approach will be different. The 28 year old may buy a house every 4 years for instance, and the 55 year old may buy 3 at once. Everyone is different, and that makes our initial contact a bit time consuming until we get a plan together that meets your needs. I have been doing it this way for 26 years in Oklahoma City real estate and it has been my pleasure to help thousands buy real estate investment property. The cliche of don't do anything I wouldn't do is a great place to start as well as always try to do the right thing. When we back this up with metrics and data that correlates to a master plan that is your master plan, not mine.
