My Top Real Estate Articles for June 2016
It has been an incredibly busy summer thus far with plenty of real estate activity and a couple of vacations all compressed into a short period of time. Fortunately, I carved out a little time to post a few evergreen articles on my Warner Robins Blog.
Here are a few of my top real estate articles over the last month.
- Is Student Debt Holding Millennials Back - An informative article that I did a lot of research on. With a lot of millennial buyers in my market I wanted to provide them with something they could identify with and use. I hope many Generation Y real estate buyers find the information helpful.
- Do You Have Time to Look for a Home and Shop for a Loan - This started out as a feel good article aimed at millennials but I got carried away and spent a lot more time then I care to mention researching this topic. I picked up an out of state buyer who found this shared on Google Plus so the time spent was well worth it. Buyers...do you have the time?
- A Guide for First-Time Buyers - I really like writing to first-time buyers and fortunately have many in my markets. This article was shared via a local Facebook Group and so far has generated a buyer (under contract) and two prospects (not quite ready). Yay!
- Becoming a Neighborhood Expert - An opportunity to become a regular blogger on YPN presented itself and I jumped at the chance. This was my first offering on the site. Hopefully there will be many more that follow!
A great way to generate more brand exposure and interest, especially for those articles we post on our own websites, is to provide links to similar resources at the bottom of each article. When we share our articles on a platform like Google Plus or LinkedIn, letting those we highlight know about it, they will often re-share our articles with their followers which can exponentially increase our online reach.
Happy Blogging Rainers!
