Susie, Love your new header. It is good to see an independent woman who is "Bucking the Trend". Good catchy title. Good luck there in Maggie Valley. Hope things pick up for you real soon. - Your friend in Tennessee - Michael

I've noticed a similarity in some parts of the market here... neither a rise or fall... this could be the trough before the uptick. Some areas are already upswinging. I just lost a deal today... multiple offers- ours was full price. They went for a quicker close.

In one of your previous posts you mentioned Maggie Valley. Is that the area you cover, or was that just a visit? Our old pastor retired there. He has a cabin on a lake, in the mountains. I have some other friends who have a cabin there too.
