Just got an email from our favorite lender, Doug Walker from Cornerstone Mortgage with his take on todays rates, and an offer to run some numbers for you.

Mortgage interest rates have ped near record lows just in the last couple of weeks! A 30 Year fixed rate is about 3.5%. A 15 year fixed is about 2.75%. Of course credit scores and other factors will determine the actual rate, but if your rate is over 4%, it probably makes sense to find out how much you may save by refinancing.
If you would like me to run some numbers for you quickly, please scan and email me your most recent mortgage statement. Also let me know how much you think your home is currently worth.
