Yesterday was a day of Sellabration when we welcomed Carol and Craig to their new condo on Caribou Lane in Brookfield. They now have successfully "migrated"from 
Illinois and have achieved the rank of official Packer fans.
Being in closer proximity to the daughter, son in law and grandchildren may have been a consideration...or they just enjoyed the pleasure of our company touring condos in Waukesha county...not sure .
This is a beautiful condo to enjoy year round from the cozy fireplace to the beautiful patio and well appointed kitchen. We all studied the condo docs carefully to be sure that the improvements being made (new road throughout the complex) were paid. The roof was newer...there was nothing that might present a problem....after careful review the only thing left to do was move in !
