Don't you know what you could do when you get a listing and you don't know what the TRACT name is. Well, now you have the go to place TO GO TO when you don't know your tract. It helped me today to prepare for a listing that nobody has accurate in this tract.
You know we all go to other listings or previous listing to get all the data we could include off one sheet if we can. Well, another resource when we don't have that California. 
Once you have established the tract number. You will find this in your property profile. You can get a copy off your title search. We use Title365 and it takes seconds to search or use the address to get the name and number of the tract. Usually auto populates tract number into MLS, but not the name all the time. .
