I have been trying to tune out all the crazy mud slinging happening in the Presidential election this year, however...the negative tone has appeared to cause buyers to hesitate purchasing homes. Refraining from my own personal opinions on which candidate would make the best President, I look forward to this election year being over. That has been difficult to do at times, but I am actually happy I have succeeded in staying calm and refraining from outbursts of emotions over this campaign.
Our market in the area where I serve, has seen peaks and valleys of sales, but everyone I take out will start a conversation on what a mess this election year is causing them on decisions to move or stay in their current location. I tactfully lead the conversation in another course of positive thinking.
Whoever you are voting for this year, please encourage others to VOTE too. We are blessed to live in a country where that privilege is cherished.
