When we as individuals need to prove who we are and who can sign, it is as easy as showing a drivers license or passport, also known as a government issued ID. When it comes to working with an entity there are some additional requirements that are requested in order to verify who can sign on behalf of the organization.
We hear it time and time again, "Knowledge is Power," and I say maybe. Or is it, knowledge helps us make our transactions smoother and allows us to be more proactive, confident, and to better serve our clients.
