Ok so maybe 30,000 points doesn't seem like much when you hear of people eclipsing 400,000, but I did it all in 6 weeks and along the way had 6 leads and 3 referrals come from AR and Localism!  I am elated! 

Thanks to all of you "in the Rain" that helped to make this happen.  I am amazed at this community and the wonderful people that I have been the pleasure of meeting and associating with here!  You are FANTASTIC and I love you all!
