The second quarter of 2016 compared to that of 2015 produces no earth shattering numbers here but there's no bad news either with the exception of a meager 2% decline in sales volume. It's always great to see a decline in the number of days on market and number of months of inventory available. The great news is that we are slowly... very slowly seeing a shift in our strong, stubborn buyer's market.
