This information covers Cedaredge and the surrounding small towns of Austin, Eckert and Cory. There are a wide variety of homes for sale, but when it comes to foreclosure listings the inventory of homes on the market is way down.
The market changes quickly when it comes to the bank owned homes. There are a lot of buyers that watch for these listings to come on the market. If you would like to be notified when new listings come on the market, let me know. I can arrange to have them emailed to you.
Let's take a look at what's on the market at this time and what has sold:
- There are three active listings and one pending a sale. Prices start at $59,900 and go up to $209,900. Two of the active listings are out of town on small acreage parcels, and one is in town.
- The average listing price is $130,434 and the median listed price is $100,000.
- No new listings have come on the market since last month's foreclosure market report.
- The sale of bank owned homes makes up less than 10% of our market.
Buying a foreclosure is a bit different experience then buying a home the traditional way. You will want to use an agent that is experienced in dealing with the banks. There is extra paperwork involved and deadlines that must be met. I have eight years experience in listing and selling bank owned homes, and I would love to help you through the buying process.
