Hiring help could be one of the best things you can do for your business, in my case I knew it would free me up to what I do best and it did...find business, deepen relationships and close deals!
Assistants not only free you up, but if you follow what I shared in class 1 you can bring on someone that is skilled in creating systems and processes which helps the overall structure of your business.
Unfortunately most agent's are scared to take that leap in fear of not having enough consistency in their business and end up forced to do it when business picks up...
I'm here to say...hire someone before you're in crisis mode so you can invest the proper time in training them right and not just throw them into the pressure cooker their first day.
If done right, a quality assistant will increase your business and give you more freedom to spend with your family.
