Hi Kathleen!  Great data set for Condos and Townhomes in Almaden.  8 DOM is an insane short period of time for a property to go under contract, but I know this is a highly desirable area to live in Silicon Valley.

Hi Kathleen.  I am shocked that the Average DOM is only 8 days.  That is incredible.  What a difference only a couple of years make for a market to change as it has.  More and more people moving to the SF Bay Area.
