Flyers Everywhere!

Today I put 100 flyers out! I went through a whole townhome/condo community and left them on each door. Naturally I chose a community that is NOT deed restricted with signs everywhere that say it is illegal to solicit. I have no idea who is renting or who owns these homes, but whether they are interested in buying or selling, we are here for them!!!

It was a lazy day so I decided to make good use of it! I will let you know if the phone rings from this attempt to get clients. If nothing else, I got some exercise and sunshine!!! It is a beautiful day to be outside today!!!

And I love walking and enjoying everyone's flowers and plants!!!! Of course, the camera is always with me:

Barbara Jo & Bill, Good luck with your flyers.  Hope you get lots of calls.  Love the picture, and lately I too find myself carrying my camera with me more and more these days.

Good luck and keep with it! I would do another flyer in 3 weeks and give them stats in the subdivision or offer something. You will get listings and ask for referrals!
