If your home is staged on the outside with great landscaping then it will get them to come inside.
If they come inside and your home is staged it will sell very quickly. Words are not needed when you see a home like this, you just know that it is the one.

A stage home can almost always get the sellers the best price possible.
Yes and to add the photos need to match the actual house. Many buyers are so disappointed when they arrive. This one is a beauty though.

This is very good advice. Home sellers will be in very good hands when they select you as their listing agent.
