The settlement was smooth but the move had some challenges.

See that truck...it was not planned!

The moving company sent a truck that was too small for the seller's belongings. Another truck had to be rented at the last minute to get the  house packed before settlement this afternoon.

What a good sport... my favorite seller is still  smiling.

 

And this beautiful home at 

718 Pacific Street in Stone Hill

has lucky new buyers.

Congratulations to the buyers and the sellers!
