This is one of my letters that I have sent in the past to my sphere of influence.  It humanizes us by being personal.  This ia a cover letter that I enclosed in my December 2005 newsletter.

If you saw Glen Gary Glen Ross, the clsoign paragraph makes sense.

Dear friends,

Well it is that time of year.  Thanksgiving has passed and the colder weather is here.  It has been a great time to reflect on all that we are thankful for, especially with our country being at war.

I am thankful for all the soldiers, policemen, coast guard and other great service people that keep us safe on a daily basis.  I am thankful not only for my family but this great country that we live in that allows us to be all we can be.  All you need is a little inspiration and a boatload of perspiration and you can fulfill your dreams and then some.  Gotta love America!

Christmas is so much merrier when the little one's still believe in Santa.  Andrew and I went to the bicycle shop in Freehold to pick out a new bicycle.  We needed to see it now so he can describe it to Santa Clauss.  Everyday being a Dad is a great day but it is that much more special with the Magic of Christmas that fills the air.

You can see Santa Clauss this year at the Colts Neck High School on the corner of Rt 537 and Five Points Road.  He will be there from 9:00 AM to noontime in his legendary red suit talking to the children and offering a Kodak moment.  Let the kids have breakfast this December 3 with Santa while supporting the evening division of the Colts Neck Women's club.

Relocation anyone?

We have been busy at Century 21 Showcase building a department specifically for "Relocation".   We have a new toll free number (866) RELO-C21.  We have also joined the Employee Relocation Council, TriSate Relocation Council, and the New Jersey Relocation Council so we can stay abreast of the latest trends in employee relocation services.

If your company does not have a formal relocation department and you need help setting one up, Century 21 has tremendous resources and I would be happy to help you and your company.

When you are in the area stop in a have a hot chocolate with me, for those of you that saw Glen Gary Glen Ross, you know that coffee is for closers. J  Tis the season, with warmest wishes for a great Holiday season.   Ho, ho, ho!

Sincerely,
