These buyers even looked at a Washougal River home before meeting with me (I asked if it was you they were working with--wouldn't that have been interesting?!, but they weren't) but this home was exactly what they were looking for. It has been a wild ride this year, gotta say!! 

Oh Ed Silva that does my heart good to read this. I just spoke with a woman in southern CA last night for quite awhile and she views my blog, my photos, my website, quoting things, and she said she feels a little like she's stalking me! Too funny. 3-5 years before they can retire, but I told her to keep that dream alive!!

Hey, everyone! I actually met with the buyers again today and took them out for a boatride and a bit of bubbly to celebrate! It was a perfect summer day to spend on Fishhawk Lake--even if we were mostly by ourselves...(oh, don't feel sorry for us, we LOVED it)!
