Lake Monticello Virginia

I have a first time home buyer and we are under contract at Lake Monticello. I have to tell you they are really excited!

This is the entrance after you go through the gates at Lake Monticello. This area has boating and beaches. Is about 30 minutes to Charlottesville and has hundreds of homes.

Driving around the lake is an event in itself. There is something to see at every turn.

At this next turn (photo) I even saw a runner:

The Lake, as a lot of people call it, is a great place for first time buyers, young families and empty nesters. Come Visit Charlottesville and remember to ask me about Lake Monticello!

Charles, your photography never fails to impress me!

Lake Monticello looks like one of our Midwestern lakes. Spring is coming late here and things look a bit greener in your area!

Charles - Photos taken during the Spring are always so beautiful!

Wow, that 3rd picture brought back memories of driving in Albemarle County. Once in a while I'd leave school and fly down some back roads partly to appease my leadfoot but also because it was so relaxing to be out there. I'm going to feature this for presenting some of the beauty of the Commonwealth. I wish there were more!!!
