Man Jason, those are some really nice homes.... I would love to have something like that here...only problem with being on the coast is that land is a premium. I listed today 8 acres that is 30 minutes from the beach for $420,000 for just the acreage.

This is a beauty! Wow! Hey, I just sent off a huge email to Liz. She is helping me develop a schedule for daily activity and hopefully over time helping me be a little more successful. I went over and took pictures on thursday and I am writing up the listing on Sunday at 1pm. Yea! I am taking my video camera and will take some footage. Maybe this coming week you can help me get that up on the MLS.

In other news, I did not tell you but I am going to be playing the bass in our church this weekend for both services. It has been a little while since I played so I am a little rusty. They lost a couple of their bass players in the rotation so I volunteered to help when I can. It will be a long day. Remember to pray for me. Ha.
