It is a great pleasure and an honor to be working with this great group of people.  I am learning so much which I

can put into my business to better serve my clients and I am also giving back to the betterment of the industry.

Nationally CRS has 50,000 plus members.  In Wisconsin we have 1,400 national members of whom about 50% are members of our Chapter.   It is my awesome duty to build a leadership team to improve services and encourage more participation for further growth.  So far, we are off to an awesome start.  We have recruited an extra 8 new leaders and at our first leadership meeting, we trained the committee chairs to delegate their work and actually function as a committee.  Working as a team, they will achieve far more.

What is the advantage of CRS to the Consumer?
The CRS is the premier organization for Residential home sales.  Through encouraging experience and nationally acclaimed training, we are improving the quality of Real Estate practice through out the industry. 

Look for the CRS LOGO
To be allowed to use the CRS logo, an agent needs to undergo extensive education and to have a high amount of experience.  Hence if you as a client, are just picking an agent, the chances of you getting a great agent are dramatically improved when you see the CRS logo.  An active agent in the organization benefits additionally from networking with the top agents in the country.  That could mean having more of the latest technology to market your properties.
