I started out the beginning of the year with clear cut goals and the steps to get them. Almost a year ago I took Listing Expert Academy and SEO to the Top Courses from Katerina Gasset to cover the social media part of my Brokerage. Then I taught and had my Concierge Mandi listen in on one or two classes because she needed to know those specific topics. Here is what my goals were for the year 2016:

First Detour I ran into was welcoming a new, as in, just out of school Real Estate Agent Mike T Parson. To be fair, Mike is a past client and has always been in love with Real Estate. He jumped in with both feet, more than full time and he listened to everything I said and actually did about 80% of what I asked of him. His career took off on a high note, he acquired lots of listings and buyers right away. He and I attended every meeting and showing for just about 6 months of live training. He wore me out!
In late March I lost my Concierge Mandi. All the marketing and Internet fell back on me and that derailed my personal goals.
I am back on schedule and studying for the Instructor Test, I found a location to hold our classes and should have all of that in place in October and will begin classes in January of 2017.
