Since I live and walk my dog in my community I often get stopped and asked how the Real Estate Market is? Needless to say I have to be on top of the answers. So I should share them here as well in case you do not want to ask me face to face:)
Inventory is tight but improving. Keeping in mind I am noticing a lot more For Sale Signs and they are not in the MLS. Just wondering what are the sellers or their agents thinking? Not exposing their home to the entire market....
The Median Days on Market is a bit surprising since I have noticed a bit of slowing in the days it takes to sell a home in the 90045 zip code....
This number does not surprise me one bit, since I have noticed this year that Tear downs and Heavy Fixers are hovering at the 2014 Median Sales Price. So if you are thinking should you wait or step in to the market this is the time to step in before interest rates and prices will out price you from the 90045 zip code.
