The Only 15 BPO Companies That Really Matter

As the inventor of BPO AutoFill software and the technology that surrounds this amazing product, I wanted to take a minute to share some free info and insights into "The Only 15 BPO Companies That Really Matter in 2017."

After being in the BPO business now for 10 years, I've seen so much change, clean up and improvements. Overall, it's been exciting to see how much this niche industry within real estate has come and I know that it will continue to evolve. I'm just blessed to be able to still be a part of it!

So, without further ado, here is my list of the only 15 BPO Companies that a BPO/REO Pro should worry about working with to do strictly BPO orders. Please note, these companies are listed and ranked by my favorite companies from top to bottom.

Nicole, this is interesting as I have never seen an article where the BPO companies have been ranked.  Our state is very strict with license law that BPO's should be held to the same standards as an appraiser so we have stayed away from doing them.   You have a great resource to offer those who are actively involved in this process.

If you are a George Clooney fan perhaps you might have titled your post:

I really did not know that BPO's were a viable option still-I have not done one in a few years.

Hey there Dennis,

I am also always surprised when someone thinks that BPO's aren't around as much anymore or a great way to help offset the expenses that comes with just being in real estate. They are still very much alive and well! I'm sure I'm not the only one to think this way too!

Hey there Heather,

Two quick questions for you, do you currently work for them?

Also, could you be thinking of Mainstreet?

Currently, we have lots of our BPO AutoFill software users do lots of volume for BPO Fulfillment. We typically ge notified thru our users when there is a MAJOR issue with any BPO Mill. I do know that they can be a slow pay company but they are one of the top 10 companies with volume all across the nation.

Any advise on Valuation Vision? These companies all seem to change their names or all work under a AKA name and it gets confusing. I signed u with them and they began sending me orders but have seen tons of bad NO PAY reviews under that name

I work with Clear Capital, Asset Value Management (AVM) and ProTeck on BPOs.  They all pay like clockwork on the dates they are set up to pay (i.e., the 10th of every month).  There are pros & cons to each. Clear Capital is better because they pay twice a month and tbey have live support via phone & chat but they pretty much never negotiate on pay rates.  ProTeck is best at letting you negotiate your rates and they rarely kick back reports but the support is not the best. AVM is best because they send the BPOs to one agent at a time and give you a 3-hour window to reply.  When you've been doing BPOs for a while you really come to value a company that will send BPOs to one agent at a time.  But AVM is pretty picky about their reports and frequently ask for revisions.  Usually, Clear Capital sends out a flood of BPOs to all their agents at once and it is first-come, first serve.  They are all gone within 10 minutes.  So you could miss 10 BPO requests if they come in at 6 am and you're still asleep.
