The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 13, as compared to last month’s 15. Currently for sale, there are:
- 7 single family homes (ranging in price from $325,000 to $2,495,000)

No half-duplexes - 4 condos ($310,000 to $459,000)
- 2 townhome ($260,000-340,000)
