The Builders sales staff put on a very good show filled with hype and telling you everything you want to hear in order to capture your business on the spot. And you cannot blame them because they have only one shot at you. This is one of the reasons you should always have a Realtor represent you and act as a much needed buffer to protect you. So many people do not realize what they have done before it is too late. Examples of this are buying into a new community because of the amenities which will not be usable until 1-2 years after you own.
