The city that was built from scratch in the 21st century - Austin. A lot of successful efforts has been done in this city over the past years. Mueller in particular has made the former Robert Mueller Municipal Airport into a mixed-use urban village. This is a huge impact in Austin's economy and population growth. There is no doubt that in the coming years, people will continue to move-in to the City of Austin.
Speaking of moving, schools are definitely one major factor when it comes to decision making for a home purchase. Whether you're a parent or not, this is something to be considered.
Not only the availability of schools matter but as well as the school rating itselft affects the value of the houses in the nearby communities. In the case of Mueller, all of the homes here falls within the jurisdiction of the Austin Independent School District (AISD).
More over ratings, these aren't really the whole story when choosing a school. It is good to do your own research as well and compare different feedbacks from different sources. You may use schooldigger.com and greatschools.org to see other schools that are available and how they are perceived.
