Welcome to Baker Home Inspection Blog!

Knowledge is the Power for Your Freedom to a Worry Free Home!

Following your Home Inspection, I will carefully analyze the information that I have collected.

Our evaluation also includes looking up any manufacture recalls you may need to know about. Then all of this is communicated to you through a detailed computer generated report, which includes descriptions along with digital photos of any and all major defects and deficiencies of the systems in and out of the home, as well as any recommended improvements. this will help you prioritize the improvements, and help you develop a blueprint for yours and your familys future in the home.

Reinspections are available for an additional charge. Closing day walk-through inspection with you is available for free.

I would need at least two weeks notice.

Dale telling the buyer about potential recall is an added value.  Inspection really gives the buyer a feel for the home.
