Yes it's 5:30 AM and I am taking care of a client.

My Buyer Client is out of state, moving to Beautiful Southeast Oklahoma.  We started out about two months ago working together via a contact form from my website, Integrity Real Estate Services. Emails back and forth until we had narrowed his search down to six home in Southeast Oklahoma.  Then the trip to Idabel.  Limted time to look due to his profession.  It came down to a Monday to look at Idabel homes.  We saved what he thought was his favorite one, until last to look at,  and it did turn out to be his favorite.  

My client "Bill" had never met his loan officer, Kevin Brittain, that I had given him contact information for, either.  So after looking at home, he went over to Idabel National Bank to talk to Kevin and to think about which house, etc..  In about 30 minutes, he was back; ready to make an offer on his favorite home.  I asked him to wander around Idabel for another 30 minutes while I put his offer into contract form.  He was back in 20.  We went over the offer paragraph by paragragh..  initialed and signed and my Buyer Client headed for the airport in Dallas. 

Contract accepted.  Bill is on the East coast so he starts his day earlier than we do or earlier than most do in Southeast Oklahoma.  (I developed a habit a loooong time ago. Coffee and the computer early in the morning.  Sometimes I'm tending to clients if there's something that needs to be done.  Sometimes I'm working on a website.  Sometimes I'm blogging.  Sometimes I'm shopping along with various other activities such as reading a book, doing my continuing ed, or working on my prayer journal.  What would we do without computers???)  

Bill and I  have dealt with the details of his transaction in the early morning hours.  I gave him contact info for various home inspectors, we visited again about the abstracting process. ...    Don met with the home inspector for Bill.  Now Bill needs to send his TRR (Treatments, Repairs, & Replacements)  form back to me today.  I received an early email this morning saying the form had disappeared as an attachment to his email and he needed me to resend.  No problem.  It's already been done.   At 5:30 this morning.
