Welcome to the ongoing weekly series called Tuesday Travelogue. We are in our 103rd week!
Each week, some ActiveRain bloggers are spotlighted to take us somewhere we may not have been on some kind of virtual travel (and it doesn't cost a dime!). Here is the purpose:
to enjoy the ride"
"take a trip without even leaving the farm"
"expand your horizons"
"see through someone else's eyes"
and hopefully much more!
Debbie Laity inspired the theme for today's Tuesday Travelogue--simply put we'll be "walking through clouds". (Special thanks to Beth Atalay for giving me the heads up about Debbie's great photoblog).
This is a drive (but you can walk, if you like...) through Keblar Pass in Colorado.
Mark Don McInnes took an 80 mile bikeride in Idaho (no small feat) and reflects on what that was like. He set some high goals and is an inspiration! Doesn't this make you want to join him??
Mimi Foster brings us an array of clouds...also in Colorado, but some other great spots as well! Her post about Fascinating Clouds is definitely eye-candy worthy! Happy to see you back, Mimi!
Vegas Bob is now "Alaska Bob" Robert Swetz and no matter what state he hails from he always delivers in the photography category. I want to plant myself right here, right now! Check out The Last Frontier.
To take you a bit out of reality and into the clouds of your imagination, let this one play in your head. Brought to you by Brian England sharing another one of Trish Van Housen's spectacular and thought-provoking photographs, accompanied by a thoughtful poem, Orb.
Look at the Trees,
LOOK at the birds,
look at the clouds,
Look at the stars...
& if you have EYES
you will be able
to see that the
Whole existence IS joyful
Everything
is simply Happy.
