British Comedy Classic TV - Dad's Army

Many different series abound on Active Rain.

Often not directly real estate related, but related to the passions of the real estate industry folks who flock to the rain to interact with others.

One of ours is British Comedy Classic TV shows.

If you are a fan of "British Humor", you may appreciate this entry in our series: Dad's Army

Here is the official trailer of the newly released movie:

"Dad's Army is a BBC television sitcom about the British Home Guard during the Second World War that ran from 1968 to 1977. The Home Guard consisted of local volunteers otherwise ineligible for military service, either because of age (hence the nickname "Dad's Army") or by being in professions exempt from conscription. In 2004, Dad's Army was voted fourth in a BBC poll to find Britain's Best Sitcom. The series has influenced popular culture in the United Kingdom, with the series' catchphrases and characters being well known.  The Radio Times magazine listed Captain Mainwaring's "You stupid boy!" among the 25 greatest put-downs on TV. A new feature film of Dad's Army with a different cast was released in 2016."
