Dubailand very much keeps in line with Dubai's unofficial policy of being the biggest and the best in all the areas it choose to pursue. At an estimated 3-Billion square feet, Dubailand will look to attract 40,000 visitors a day, and be called home by anything up to 2.5 million residents.
