Proposed Changes to MA Home Inspector Regulations

In case you haven't already heard, pursuant to Governor Baker's Executive Order 562, the MA Board of Registration of Home Inspectors has proposed changes to 266 Code of Massachusetts Regulations (266 CMR).  Visit the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations website to review the new proposed regulations at http://www.mass.gov/ocabr/government/oca-agencies/dpl-lp/proposed-regulations.html

I have been asked by several Brokers/Agents if I would be willing to give them a presentation on the changes from a perspective on setting expectations for buyers and sellers.

I am wondering if there is a wide spread interest by the majority of Brokers/Agents that I do not get to meet on a regular basis.
