If you're looking for a sweet fruit pie, a rich creamy pie, or maybe even a chicken pot pie.... there's Maui Pies in Central Kihei. You'll find them at 1280 S. Kihei Rd. in the front row of shops at Azeka Place, (where Baskin Robbins used to be). Call them at 808 298-0473.
Maui Pies is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm, and closed on Sundays. You can sit inside where it's really cute and clean, or take your pies to go. In addition to pies, there's also muffins, turnovers, cookies and cinnamon rolls. For a savory treat, try the chicken pot pie, or the quiche which comes in 2 flavors including a vegetarian/Mediterranean one.
Fruit pies all come with a crumb crust, but if you prefer a pastry top just call them up ahead of time and see if they can accommodate you. Cream pies come with whipped cream on top! Slices of pie are about $5. Small pies are about $10. Large pies are about $20. Try them all!
All the pies and baked goods are made from the finest ingredients including locally sourced items... like Lilikoi.
When you're done eating your yummy pies, consider finding a home to buy in Kihei so you can be close to this little pie shop. Get your own slice of heaven right here on Maui.
