Hi Laura, it is ever so important to know how to take care of your septic system. Most of the homes in the areas I sell in have septics and wells.

I remember one septic inspector speaking to my buyers who were from the city, explaining the finer points of their septic. He had a great way of explaining it.

Nothing goes into your septic system that didn't go into your mouth first. Except toilet paper. End of story.

Good morning Andrea Swiedler ,  Sounds like your septic inspector had some really great advice.  If a house has a septic system it is important to know how to maintain and take care of it.  I like the simplicity of the advice your inspector offered.  Thanks for sharing it with us.
