I recently attended a presentation by Ray Higdon in Ft. Myers. Ray mentioned several books that had an impact on him. Several of the books matched several books I have read over the last few years. It's funny, the same books are always highlighted in presentations, seminars and conversations with real estate investors.

So, I decided to put together a list of books that helped me and help educate people that are real estate professionals, investors or who have expressed an interest in Real Estate.
