Have one now Margaret, but we're currently playing with plans for the next "last" house we build. I currently don't have a basement and have decided that is also on my "must' have list. But I will certainly want a kitchen that is roomy. I love to cook and to have friends over to sit around and chat while I'm doing it. Those double islands in this kitchen seem perfect for that. So now I'll have to play with my house plans a little more and see if I can fit that in. They also make for great storage space

Margarget, it's a long term plan right now. I'd say 5 to 10 years. We're meshing things we like from this and that plan ourselves right now and then will get the draftslady to draw them up for me. She did a great job with my office. But I seriously only want to build ONE more time. So I'm putting a lot of thoughtful time into each room and visiting open houses looking for clever ideas so I won't have to say "I wish I'd done that" and I've said it a lot in my current house.
