The Average list price for the homes that closed in Southboro for April of 2007 was $499,000

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Southboro for April of 2008 was $558,133

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Southboro for April of 2007 was $476,750

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Southboro for April of 2008 was $537,500

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Southboro in April of 2007 was 109 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Southboro April of 2008 was 140 days.
